I've been waiting for like three years to get the torta loca, and it beyond lived up to the hype I created in my head. Delicious.
Pretty good tacos! The Adobado (marinated pork) were even better than the Asada. Lots more on the menu that isn't in the photos, like carne asada fries.
The best street tacos and sopes I have ever had. Super cheap too, I usually get a couple tacos and sopes and my bill has never been more than 10 bucks.
I'm sad to report the last few times we got Birria here, it was really lacking in flavor. Lots of food though, and good prices. Quick service.
Now y'all know one thing I'm always going to do besides eat some pho is get myself some birria taco's. Especially from The Taco Brother's Truck. Starters i had to get my birria taco's yes it comes with the Consomé . Let's get into the birria one juicy flavorful , makes you go wow Everytime you bite into it! The Consomé let's talk about flavor ok? It's not just about it being the broth ( we know) but we need that extra razzle dazzle and this right here will do it EVERYTIME! The imposibole burrito. You know you get 2 meat choices and baby that's a mega burrito to where you'll have left overs ! This burrito was stuffed and was bigger than my head i just know it was ! I'm talking rice , avocado your 2 favorite meats , cheese , cilantro !! I don't know how they even closed it but they did ! Make sure you get that Horchata too The service is always nice and welcoming no matter if you call in or head there yourself . It will always be warm, inviting and never rushed . This being a taco truck , they have two tables out there where you can eat outside if you have the time but listen I'll never wait to eat taco brothers I'm eating it right there on the spot !
